Your Wedding Day.
Coverage of your Wedding Day starts at the house with the Bride and Bridesmaids getting ready, hair and
 makeup etc.This is followed by the Groom, Best Man and the Ushers arriving at the church/registry office, the guests arriving for the ceremony, then the Bridesmaids followed by the arrival of the Bride and the person giving her away (usually the Bride's Father).
Next, the actual marriage service and the photograph-taking outside, the bride and groom leaving for the reception.
Traffic permitting, the cameraman will get to the reception first to film your arrival,
the receiving line and the guests taking their places at the tables, followed by the entrance and
seating of the Bride and Groom.
No filming takes place during the meal.
Then finally, its the cutting of the cake and the speeches, followed by the evening function until approx 10pm.
PRICE GUIDE.
The whole day as above Fixed price £600.00.
 Registry Office/Church Service and Reception with no
Evening Function £425.00.
Registry Office/ Church Service only £365.00.
PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.
The charges are for the cameraman's time, all the post-production work (editing, adding titles, audio dubbing, mastering the final tape) plus one single copy of the recording on VHS, copies on DVD instead of VHS are £20 extra.
BOOKING & PAYMENT.
Booking fee of £50.00 (Cheques made payable to E.G.Howard) must be paid before any booking can be confirmed. If booking by E-mail the booking will be held for seven days to allow cheques to arrive. After which confirmation will be sent. Balance payable 2 weeks before the wedding.
Extra copies of the recording are available on VHS at £25 each, or at a reduced price of £20 each if ordered when booking, DVDs are £40 each. The edited master tape (Max running time 2 hours) is kept on file for a period of 3 months, after which no further copies will be available. (Note it is always worth giving us a call up to 12 months after the wedding.)
